These terms govern your purchase and use of FITFLOW. By buying the product you agree to them.

What you are buying

FITFLOW is a digital training system delivered as six downloadable files: two spreadsheet workbooks and two written guides, each guide supplied as both PDF and Word. The price is ₹349, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

Delivery

Your download links are issued immediately after payment is confirmed, on the page you are redirected to and by email. Download links are personal to your order and expire after a set period, so please save the files somewhere permanent as soon as you receive them.

Licence and permitted use

You are buying a licence to use FITFLOW for your own personal training. You may:

  • Use the files on any device you own
  • Edit, customise and build on the spreadsheets for your own use
  • Keep the files permanently

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share or publish the files or any part of them
  • Upload them to file-sharing sites, groups or channels
  • Repackage the content as your own product
  • Use the content commercially with clients without written permission

Not medical or dietetic advice

FITFLOW is educational content. It is not medical, dietetic or personal training advice, and nothing in it is tailored to your individual health. Calorie targets, macro ranges and training guidance are evidence-informed starting points to adjust based on your own results.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, taking medication, under 18, or have a history of disordered eating, consult a physician or registered dietitian before changing how you train or eat. You train at your own risk.

No guarantee of results

Individual results depend on your effort, consistency, genetics, recovery, nutrition and circumstances. We do not promise any specific outcome, rate of progress or body composition change. Any results described by others on our site are their own experience and are not a promise of yours.

Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms and for the limited cases where we will refund.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change the product, its price or these terms at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of FITFLOW is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including injury, lost earnings or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
