Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 October 2026
This policy explains what information FITFLOW collects when you buy or visit, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you buy FITFLOW, our checkout asks for three things: your name, email address and phone number. We need them to create your order, send your download links, and help you if something goes wrong with delivery.
We also record which marketing link brought you to the site (UTM parameters), so we know which of our posts or ads are working.
What we never see
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your payment information is entered on Razorpay’s systems and never touches our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus a transaction reference.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find and use the site. These set cookies in your browser and record pages viewed, approximate location and device type. Where the Meta Pixel is used, your email and phone number may be sent to Meta in hashed (irreversible) form so that purchases can be matched to ads.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, working with Microsoft, to understand how visitors use the site through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replays (anonymised recordings of clicks, scrolling and page movement). Clarity hides anything typed into form fields, so your name, email and phone number are not recorded. Clarity and Microsoft Advertising collect this usage data using first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and use it to improve their products and for site optimisation. For more, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can block these at any time using your browser settings or an ad blocker. Doing so does not affect your ability to buy or download.
How long we keep it
Order records — name, email, phone and transaction reference — are kept for as long as we need them to support you and to meet Indian tax and accounting requirements. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone.
Who else handles your data
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Hostinger — website hosting, where order records are stored
- Google and Meta — analytics and advertising measurement, where enabled
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act within a reasonable time. Note that we may need to retain transaction records even after deletion requests, where law requires it.
Children
FITFLOW is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
