Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. FITFLOW is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Once the download links have been issued, the product cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds.

Why there are no refunds

FITFLOW consists of six files — two spreadsheets and two guides, each supplied as PDF and Word. They are delivered to you within seconds of payment and are yours to keep permanently. Unlike a physical item, a downloaded file cannot be given back.

Because of this, we try to remove every reason for surprise before you pay. The product page lists exactly what you receive: 13 tabs, 4 training splits, 6 files, 44 pages of written guides, and the precise function of each tab. Please read it in full and buy only if it is what you want.

When we will refund you

There are three situations where we will always issue a full refund:

  • Duplicate payment. You were charged twice for the same order.
  • Non-delivery. Payment succeeded but you never received your files, and we are unable to deliver them to you.
  • Incorrect amount. You were charged an amount other than the advertised price.

In each case, email us with the address you paid from and we will verify the transaction and refund it.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we initiate a refund, your bank or card issuer typically credits it within 5 to 7 working days. That timing is controlled by your bank, not by us.

Cancellation

FITFLOW is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel. You will never be charged again after your single payment.

Problems with the product

If a file will not open, a download link fails, or something is missing from your order, email us. These are delivery problems and we will fix them — that is separate from refunds and we deal with it promptly.
